Keeping with a New Mexico tradition, Chef Toddzilla's green chile cheeseburger is out of this world but don't just limit yourself to green chile. The new Christmas Burger features both green and red chile. The house-made Chorizo Burger features red chile from Roswell's own Graves Farm and Garden. The patty is a special blend of pork loin, bacon and red chile guaranteed to add spice to your life. Chef Toddzilla's Gourmet Burgers is a hole in the wall of greatness. Tucked off Main Street in a old school burger house, Chef Toddzilla's has an outdoor patio and drive thru.

Absolutely Awesome ðŸ†ðŸ† Todd and his wife Karrie are Super Friendly. I had the Chorizo burger but was also given a sample of the Chorizo and Peanut Butter and Jelly.. Unbelievable... it was Excellent. This place is a Gemâ™¥ï¸ if the residents of Roswell have not been to Toddzillas Run don't walk, it's that Good

Real meat and real flavor. I enjoyed the Zilla... it has a chili relleno as part of the toppings.

Great burger. Recommended by a friend their half pound burger and fries is more than enough to satisfy any hunger. I had the black and blue-no skimping on the blue cheese, delish! My buddy had the PB&J made with chorizo- straight up amazing.
